ParkinStrength is a science-backed neuro-movement program helping seniors and adults with mobility challenges improve balance, strength, and brain health--in just 8 weeks.




Program participants receive 2 workouts a week for 8 weeks. The program evolves gently week by week, ensuring safety, consistency and measurable improvements.
Each 45-60 minute class includes a combination of one ore more of the following:
Warm-Up/Cool down Breathing, stretching, alignment
Aerobic Exercise (moderate/fast/high intensity)
Balance & Coordination
Pilates/Yoga postures
Seated, standing, walking
Weighted/Resistance exercises
Voice projection drills
Foundational Core + Balance
Strength + Coordination
Rhythmic Gait Training
Progressive Strength + Confidence Building
